Loaded Potato Salad


➤ INGREDIENTS:

- 8 medium potatoes.
- 1 PKG of cooked bacon.
- 1 small white onion, chopped.
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
- 1 cup sour cream.
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Fresh chives, to taste.



➤ DIRECTIONS:


Step 1- Wash and cut the potatoes into small pieces.
Step 2- In a large saucepan, cover potato pieces with water and boil until fork-tender.
Step 3- Drain it and let it cool. Then mix with the mayonnaise and sour cream, add chopped onion, cheese, salt, and black pepper, mix well.
Step 4- Top with bacon and chives, and serve.
