ViCTORY (Operation Virtual Counselor Transforms Online Resources for You) is a robust, proactive, end-to-end process that reinforces student success at major milestones and deploys resources to support soldiers who fall behind in a course or in completing program requirements. In place of reactive student support, Operation ViCTORY is a fully integrated proactive student-support outreach to Soldiers.
The Operation ViCTORY model is the cornerstone of the virtual support community for eArmyU soldiers pursuing their education while stationed in more than 50 countries across the world. By leveraging an intricate network of Army Continuing Education System (ACES) Counselors, Education Partners, the eArmyU Helpdesk, Program Mentors, and student services and equipping the network with tools embedded within the eArmyU portal, Operation ViCTORY humanizes distance learning through a cycle of personalized support and intervention.
